#Faller HO Ltd Ed Ann Model “Kloster Bedenhausen”

OUR PRICE: £330.00

DISCONTINUED.

The former Cistercian monastery of Bebenhausen , one of the best preserved medieval cultural monuments in Germany , is located in the middle of the densely wooded Schönbuch Nature Park in Baden-Württemberg, surrounded by secluded paths, picturesque streams and spring moors .

After the founding around 1182/83 and 350 years of monastic existence, different users left structural traces over the centuries, which determine the appearance of the monastery complex today. The FALLER model is based on this characteristic feature with overall dimensions of 604 x 517 x 374 mm . A 1: 1 floor plan with all the cloister buildings that are arranged around the cloister will complement the scope of the kit as a DIN A1 poster .

Our master model maker paid special attention to the imposing crossing tower of the monastery church , in order to reproduce the stonemason-technical decoration, such as the flying buttresses and gargoyles, in the model. For this purpose, the crossing tower was recorded photometrically with drone flights. Drive parts and an enclosed servo even allow the bell to move.

Combined, the approx. 1,400 individual parts make up one of the largest FALLER individual kits to date. Naturally 100% Made in Germany : conceived, developed and manufactured in the Black Forest by our plastics experts using the injection molding process.
