Details THW Technical Relief In 2017 we are celebrating a small figurine anniversary: ??in 1997 the first NOCH figurines came onto the market and in the meantime the program has blossomed quite nicely. Meanwhile, we have over 250 different character sets and offer on modellfiguren.de 500 individual figures. That can be seen in any case. The set “Technical Relief Agency (THW)” contains five model figures, all wearing light blue protective suits. This consists of a light blue, knee-length jacket, a light blue, long pants and black shoes. Of course, the yellow safety helmet must not be missing on the head. In addition, yellow light strips are attached to the complete work clothes, which serve the security. The figure set also contains an emergency power unit. The German Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW) was founded on 22 August 1950 as civil and disaster protection organization of the federal government. The higher federal authority is subordinate to the Federal Ministry of the Interior and has its seat in Bonn Lengsdorf. Since 25 August 1953, the THW is an unincorporated public-law institution without its own service. The English name is German Federal Agency for Technical Relief. Forerunner was the technical emergency assistance (source: Wikipedia). Content: Packaging Unit: 1 piece
