This is the first release of the newly tooled Ford Transit Mk 1 cab with its characteristic Beavertail rear body. This type of recovery truck operated until around 1980. During that time, it was the chosen rescue truck used by both the RAC and AA on the roads of Britain. Wearing the authentic RAC livery, use it on your own 1960s-1980s diorama.
