The P4 Rover 90, manufactured between 1953 and 1959, in a light stone and mid green colour scheme with black interior and blue seats. Registered 286 GYE, the P4 which was designed by Rover’s in-house designer Peter Bashford, was classed as a mid-size luxury saloon car, due perhaps to its 2.6 litre engine, a top speed of 90 mph, a large boot, wide rear windows and flashing indicators. The finishing touches include the famous Viking badge and Rover crest on the bonnet and the Rover 90 signature across the boot.
